Welcome to Southern California Taekwondo Center (SCTC). Our goal is to help you achieve your fitness and martial arts goals. Whether our Taekwondo or Fitness Kickboxing classes or our partners Wing Chun Kung Fu, Capoeira, or Self-Defense classes, there are a number of different programs offered at our facility to help you achieve your goals.
Our Fitness Kickboxing program is a more casual (though not lacking in intensity) workout including punching and kicking of punching bags and core training. This is a great workout for those looking for an alternative or supplement to their traditional exercise but without the formality of the traditional Taekwondo training.
Traditional WTF Taekwondo program incorporating boxing technique for enhanced proficiency with the hands. Our program includes a traditional stand-up fighting style including kicking, punching, striking and blocking techniques. In addition, the program incorporates traditional poomsae (forms) training and self-defense training.
