#4 - Left foot step back into Horse Stance with reinforced Left Elbow to Attacker's solar plexus or groin - Right Choke Strike - Right foot step in behind sweeping Attacker's leg and taking him down - Double Punch

#3 - Grab Attacker’s hands - Right foot stomp Attacker’s foot - Right foot step out into Horse Stance and throwing elbows up and Attacker’s arms off you - Left Knife hand to Attacker’s groin - Turn to face Attacker with Right hand Throat Strike - Right foot step behind Attacker sweeping the leg while taking Attacker down - Left punch - Right punch
RED STRIPE - Wrist Grab Defenses #1-3
#1 - Left Elbow - Left Hand grab Attacker's thumb and wrist (twist to left) to free your Right Hand - Left Foot step back - Take Down and Pin.
#2 - Re-Grab Attacker's wrist with Right Hand - Grab with Left Hand also - Step across with Left Foot - Step Back with Right Foot while twisting Attacker's hand to his ear - Take Down and Pin.
#3 - Re-Grab Attacker's wrist with both hands - Right knee and step in to the left - Sweep Attacker's leg and throw.
BLACK BELT CANDIDATE - Knife Defenses #1-3
#1 – Left Forearm Block - Right Punch - Control Knife hand and grab Attacker's shoulder - Knee - Knee - Push - Retreat.
#2 – Left foot step to left - Left Inside Block - Right Punch - Control Knife hand & Right Front Kick - Disarm - Front Kick - Retreat.
#3 – Avoid first slash - Double Knife Hand Block - Right Punch - Control Knife hand & Right Front Kick - Disarm - Front Kick - Retreat.
